– This is an indoor and outdoor event. There is plenty of room outside, but indoor space is limited.  Please indicate if you prefer an indoor space. This does not guarantee an indoor space, but we will do our best to accommodate the request on a first registered first-served basis. Note: Outdoor spaces may generate more traffic than indoor. Tents are allowed outside.

Indoor Spaces are 8’x8′ – Outdoor Spaces are 10’x10′

– We only accept one of each type of brand vendor (Lularoe, Pampered Chef, Scentsy ect.). The first paid registrant will be included. If you would like to be put on a wait-list in case the first registered cancels, please email; MB.LHUMC@Gmail.com

– Tables can be rented. You must request and pay for a table during this registration process. Due to the limited number of tables; tables are one per registrant (not one per space).  Tables are limited and are available on a first registered first-served basis.  You may bring your own table or just lay your things out on a blanket or tarp. Please bring your own chair; chairs will not be provided.

– Setup will begin at 6:30am on Saturday, June 7th, you may not begin earlier than 6:30. You may begin later than 6:30 but set up needs to be complete by 8am when the flea market begins. You will need to stay for the duration of the flea market which ends at 1pm.

– You will be responsible for watching and securing your merchandise and cash. 

– Power will not be available in the flea market section. A designated test area will be provided. Power cords or generators are not permitted.
